JoAnne M. Musick is a former Harris County prosecutor who served in county courts, juvenile courts, and district courts as a trial lawyer, chief prosecutor (county court), and public integrity prosecutor. Ms. Musick is board certified in both criminal law and juvenile law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. As an experienced trial attorney, she has tried numerous criminal and juvenile trials—including the most serious of criminal offenses—with an outstanding success rate.

Earl D. Musick is a former Harris County prosecutor and an honorably retired Houston Police Lieutenant. As a prosecutor, he served in county courts, juvenile courts, and district courts as a trial lawyer, handling many criminal and juvenile trials with excellent success. As a former police officer, Mr. Musick has unique insight into criminal law and is able to utilize that experience in the defense of his clients.

John P. Denholm is a former Lieutenant from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office turned lawyer. Trained by Northwestern University in Illinois as an accident investigator, John commanded the Traffic Enforcement Division for 7 years. This unit was responsible for investigating serious and fatal accidents as well as commercial vehicle enforcement. John’s training as an accident investigator and experience as an intoxilyzer operator, gives him a unique perspective when dealing with cases that involve alcohol, an accident, or both. John understands the special rules for CDL holders and how being charged with a crime can significantly impact a person’s ability to hold that license.
